On 1979-87 vehicles Aways check that there is not a 2 piece seal fitted as if there was / is, then make sure you remove the wear ring off the stub axle as the part above (thats also an original renault part number) is for the combined 1 piece hub seal. On a rare occasion the 2 piece hub seal might have been retro fitted to a Mk2, so always check there is NO wear ring on the stub axle. it will help a lot of hippy- dodgers. they have another number prefix for the seal i will post it when it comes. and they are still makin um. just the wheel cylinders to go and ive fuckin lost the one i had off you bollox. let me no when you have the seal ive got proof of posting but they are useless bastards at the rm |
