Date Posted:04/06/2013 07:30:17Copy HTML Having attacked my cab rot with an angle grinder and seeing the amount of fabrication and welding that would need to be done I now have to seriously consider breaking the Dodge and putting my horsebox on another chassis. So my question is, what is it worth in bits (roughly) and do the bits sell reasonably quickly Mechanically it is very sound low mileage 151k kms Phaser 110T engine Any help would be greatly appreciated |

Re:Thinking about breaking my Dodge 50 MKII B66 Date Posted:07/06/2013 07:04:13Copy HTML It is worth more in bits than whole, though you have to take it apart and store the parts, you can make up to 2k on a half decent vehicle, engine 5-600 150 per axle (more if brakes real good) I know someone in gloustershire looking for a mk2 front axle, with cash will drive, wheels / tyres if good sell from £30-70 a pop depending on tyre make / type / condition, then you have shock absorbers twenty quid each, load sensing valve, 50 quid, i can go one and on, you can sell mot things but it can take thie and tha is the problem for most.
i am interessted in the shock absorbers front and back for a start, first dibbs on em please :) "Nothing travels faster than the speed of light with the possible exception of bad news, which obeys its own special laws."
