nope - never tried

be an interesting challenge tho - photos as you go would be well received :)
(am thinking hiab would make job a lot easier)
(or first job for the cherry picker?)
(cab without doors/seats etc. should be within an unmanned pickers capabilities I would think - don't blame me if you blow the seals tho!)

3 of us changed a cab in a weekend couple of years ago we just hired a gantry and chain lift from HSS (which was about 2" to low... oops - managed it tho). like the solution to the low gantry

had to use the same method to do a delivery once.
If something works, celebrate with tea and cakes... If it dosent, have tea and cakes anyway.
