I have a problem which I dont want to chat about on here peeps as it will be going legal. but if anyone is local to Holten Heath near Poole and they have had probs with a Dodge specialist in that area then you might be able to help. If your problems are several months or years old and ongoing then I am sure you can sympathyse with me. I know I am no alone. This dealer needs closing down.
All I want is someone to take a couple of piccies for me and email them to me. I am happy to pay for the trouble but it is difficult for me to get down there to do it myself.
The piccies are of something outside in the yard ( open car park for everyone ! ) so noone is going to get a problem. please send me a priv mess. if you can help - Ta very much.

I have to be careful here, last time i wrote something about someone like this i nearly ended up in court myself
this is the reworked post which is from here [url]dodge50.co.uk/ramblings.htm[/url] and you might see some similarities as I know people who are well happy with the person concerned in the opening post (above) and also quite a few who are not and I have also helped one dodge owner (and member here) get a refund from him about 6 months ago, it might have took a few months to do it but it happened.

3rd October 2003

Those of you who read my ramblings on a regular basis will have noticed that I have removed the last one because I have a bit of a dilemma. Maybe you can help me with it.

As you know I recently bought a dodge 50 S56 bus.

In all fairness I bought it in a rush and probably didn't look over it as well as I should have, and I except that there was a certain amount of work to be done. That saying certain problems arose after I bought it which meant I had to return to the dealer for help. I was treated as a trouble maker and made to feel as if my requests for help were unreasonable.

To me this showed a lack of professionalism and left me feeling abused and upset. As this person has used my site for commercial purposes to advertise his vehicles for sale and done so on a good will basis, I feel unable to support or recommend him to anyone wanting to buy a dodge50 in the future.

I know a number of people who are very dissatisfied customers, I also know a number of people who are very satisfied customers. This is where the dilemma comes in.

On the one hand This site has always been intended to supply anyone who visits it with help, information, support and somewhere to exhibit all the wonders of these fantastic vehicles. It is very important to me that when I promote someone on the site that I and others are getting a fair deal. This is why I felt it necessary to inform people of the treatment I received as I want to forewarn people based on my experiences.

On the other hand I don't want to start naming and shaming people, as I am aware that there are always two sides to a story and don't want to be accused of using the site for venting personal criticism's.Which is why I have taken the previous Rambling off the page and the BlogSpot.

So what do I do?

If there is someone out there treating us customers badly How do I let you know?

Cripes . I knew Iwasn't the only one . quite spookily I was talking to another owner afew days ago .This guys reputation has precceded him. he iswell aware of the firm involved . i am trying not to mention names here as i have been advised not to.until itssorted legally.
I am gonna get the bayliffs to clear his place out by the time i am finished.
the other dodge owner sent him cash in an envelope - he always insists on this apparently. tells you it will get the bits out faster , cleared funds etc. what actually happens is he then buys special brew with your money , collapses into a paraletic state and forgets about your bits ! you spend more on phonecalls and headache pills than you sent in the first place . this guy aint cheap either . meths is going up in price so i guess thatswhy he charges big money.
i cannot believe someone hasnt dragged his ass through court yet. YET.
I saw abandoned , once nice horseboxes everywhere and peoples vans , 4x4s etc.
Unbelievable.

I was at his yard in Holton on sat morning, i couldn't make fri so he opened up sat, he supplied and fitted 4 rear rims and good 205 dunlop tyres to replace my split rims and 7.50 16s, new left and right nuts washers etc, great service and price with no problems, going back later this year for engine upgrade and 5 speed box, i'm not defending the guy but can only go on my own experience.

Are we talking about andrew pennington at custom diesel here? He ripped me off with the cash in an envelope routine. The failed to send the parts. If I had the information I have now it would have saved me £180, a lot of stressy phone calls being fobbed off constantly. From the sounds of it I got off lightly, have a search on the internet for him.
If there is someone out there abusing the good will of customers then the more people know the better.
