Hi,

Clutch slave cylinder on my S35 started leaking badly couple weeks ago. I took it off and saw that bore had rust in it. I measured it and ID was about 23.82 mm HMMMM.... I took a 24mm reamer and bored it after that I did some honing with brake cylinder hone. And yes all rust was gone and it looked perfect. Then installed a PBR 4515 seal instead of original. And it seems to be working ok. PBR 4515 seal is quite "rigid" seal compared to original. Pressing clutch felt harder couple of days but now it is either loosened up or I have gotten used to it. Well this is for someone else who also  feels like DIY mechanic :)

PS PBR 4515 is used originally in Isuzu Bellet clutch cylinder.
