Date Posted：24/09/2008 07:47:29Copy HTML Ok we will be holding our 4th dodge 50 / 100 owners meet up on the weekend of 8th to 10th May 2009.
The area is East Yorkshire. DN14 8EP (near Goole) postcode area, private land and we will be charging about £20 a vehicle (not person) to cover costs of toilets and to give the landowners something for letting us hold it there. Friday to Sunday and people will need to be off site by the Monday midday (ish). I will be bringing 3 or maybe 4 dodge 50's, my collection of brochures and tech stuff, parts for sale as well. This is a small event, not some great festi so we dont have stalls and stuff, just the bare essentials, there will be toilets and water onsite, nearest garage and very small shop is about 2 miles away and town about 5 miles, we will have a BBQ on the Sat night and kids are welcome (though you are responsible for them, the kids that is, are responsible for their adults). Shealagh (dodge pixie) and myself would like to thank everyone who came as it wouldn't be what it is without you.  I will be putting a whole bunch of pictures up on the main website over the next few days but here are a couple of tasters. Lots of white vehicles this year too.  Above is our 1982 Multi Suncrusier motorhome (Brian) and Davy's 1984 Multi Crusier (they came from the Isle of Man for the meet up) and Frankie Flintstones Red 4x4 thing in the way. (we also gave him a choc cake)  From Left to Right: Bigkevs C Reg S35 Motorhome, Marks S56 Horsebox and a suprise visit from Andrew and familys V reg (1979) ex coal pit ambulance.  Above and below: egduf's Fudge 50 (see bonnet) ex horsebox which is now his circus show vehicle.   Above is hercutt's RB44 ex military beast. Below was taken on Friday evening sowing from left to right: Stokers S56 ex Porton Down vehicle, Syze's S75 RB44 ex Elecrtic company, Dave56's home built S56 with lifted body and some RB44 modifications, Ottos; S56 Circus Bus ex Leeds Council, Davy's S56 (Bodywork built in Hull by Multicrusier)   Above: Syze's S75 RB44 with new under paint job.  Above: JFB's and Syzes rear ends with added Frankie leg  Above: Big Kevs S35 Motorhome or is it a S46 as the Vin says?
