It then took me 18 months of constant phone calls, letters & visits, before he had my stuff together. AND I had to collect it - (a total of 3x 2 hour trips to Pool for me) !!!!.
The cab turned out to be LHD, the front axle is missing the calipers & bearings, all the track rod ends are knackered & the Gbox is missing a side cover. I do consider myself lucky as my wife thought that i would end up with little or nothing. Andrew IS a nice bloke, but cannot seem make ends meet & is ALWAYS FULL OF EXCUSES. I had to chase him via adjacent businesses as his phone numbers were regularly being cut off & he rarely returned calls. He might be still there, living in the workshop, but, if you do get hold of him for parts, make sure that he has the EXACT bits IN FRONT OF HIM as you speak, before you set off or give him any money. It has taken a bit of the shine off my refit/upgrade, (which is still a work in progress). |

His business till comes up on google searches. I did see another very unfriendly thread on this forum about the business though.
My experience with him has been fine, sent cheque, got bits, called in person with cash and got more bits, hence my thinking I'd use him again. |
