Was wondering how to upload pictures onto site from phone and how to change profile picture

Uploading pictures via mobile is that's been ruined by an upgrade years ago which they never fixed and don't know when they will. Sorry but the mobile app is basic text and the normal site via mobile won't let you post, well it won't let me.
