Good day to all ,I have a problem with third gear jumping out when going down steep hills ,just when you need it ,at the moment I use a lacky band to hold it in ,can anyone think of a better idea .thankyou tel

 which gearbox do you have? 4 speed dodge or 5 speed turner t200 or 250 or 290, or a zf 5 speed.

confusing yes, so what age is vehicle and what engine is fitted, then we can work out which gearbox is fitted, if vehicle was made between July 1982 and July 1990 I should have its original build sheet, specific to that vehicle, that will tell all just need chassis number for your truck

Hello karrier its a 1979 with a 4 speed wide ratio box .3-5 ton .thankyou
