Hi all, well my silly season (last 5 months) has finished, only the dodge50 live forum this weekend, but thats not work, is it?I will be rebuilding and adding more stuff to the main sitewww.dodge50.co.ukduring oct nov dec, so if you have photos of you and your dodges or just your dodges or even just you and you want them in the new picture gallery then email them togallery@dodge50.co.uk.Please let me know the bits from the workshop manuals you want the most, i will be scanning it in from start to finish but i dont have time to get it all on the site in 3 months, i do have a couple of other thing to do like.....er....er....I have loads of brochures and stuff to put up, as well as some of the parts manuals!!I hope you all had a great summer, we did, the bus.."Bonnie Bertha" has done us proud again, I don't remember having any problems at all, not even a flat battery!!!! I will be working out my total mileage between May 1st and sept 19th to set against my fuel bill ?*,***-**, bloody loads, and get an average mpg for the season. If I get between 18-20 mpg I will be happy, more than this and it will be great any less and I will be sad.ok just done some maths, about 7,500 miles and about 20 mpg according to my average 95p / litre. you can work out what i spent if you want to. some times i filled up at 93p / L and sometimes 99p / L .argh,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, so i have just averaged it out.Remember this is only a season average, if i drive a motorway at 60mph-65mph i only get about 16-18 mpg but at 55mph i get 20mpg, 50mph i get about 22mpg average and at 40mph i get loadsa mpg!!! and at 30mph i get bored.KaRRiER is BacK

Hi there

We dream of 20 miles to the gallon and 60mph!  You should try driving up and down the Alps.  We can only do 15 in second gear.  The locals love us!!!!  When we drive to Greece, we spend a whole day at 15mph going over the Col de Lauteret.  We only ever get 14 to the gallon.

cheers

Lou & Phil
