Afternoon all. 

I am helping a friend to sort out her horsebox so that it can be tested and get it back on the road after being sorn for 12 months. I have sorted a problem with the wipers and will soon have fixed a brake issue, but am having problems with the revrse lights not working. 

Can anyone confirm whether the reversing lights are part of the VOSA test? The owner admit she has no idea whether tey have ever worked, and it has always passed the VOSA test whenever it has gone in.

As per my title, i's a MK1 Horsebox that is down as a Private HGV I think.

I have just had a reply from a question I sent to VOSA. They have confirmed that reversing lights are NOT part of the test.
