Hi

I've got a Renault B110 crewcab pickup. It's plated at 5.5t. Can I get it downgraded to 3.5t?If so how?

Thanks

Hi

I don't live in the USA. I live in Yorkshire. So I'm looking for UK info.

Thanks

All the downrating info on the dodge50.co.uk site is for uk dodge / renault 50's, I also live in yorkshire and run the website and this forum, where are you based, I am near Jun 36 M62 goole.

The website and forum is only for uk dodge 50's but I might be able to find some info for the B110, what is it's actual physical weight?

Hi

Sorry about that. It was the only site I could find that looked half decent.

I live near Driffield in East Yorks, so not too far from you.

Empty the truck is 2.84 tons and laden it can carry 5.5 tons. Any info. you have or if you can point me in the right direction I'd be grateful.

Ok you need a v10 form and a particular form from renault, the v10 is the application form and the other one is the one that gives the details of what needs doing and has the downrating code, on a dodge 50 you only have to add packing plates of a certain size between the bump stops and the axle, to stop the vehicle being overloaded, have a look at this to give you an idea of what will need doing.

I can get you the form you need from renault, but not deal with it till tuesday.

Thanks for the info. If you can get the relevant form from Renault that would be great.

Site just gone up to full decent site in my estimations............I might even buy a Dodge50 now.

Thanks again.

Yeh, theres only 24000 odd pages, vehicle build sheets, pictures n stuff available on it, so just a little bit of info on the 50 series.

I dont have anything for the B110 or B120's though as I have never had one, I got 4 50's though.
